We’re looking for talent to join our growing team.

Our award-winning PR agency on Broadway Market, Hackney, is looking for a creative executive assistant to support our continued growth.

Attractive hours for someone looking for a flexible role, or a parent looking to get back into the working world: 9am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Roles and responsibilities will include:

 

CREATIVE AND NEW BUSINESS SUPPORT

Developing beautiful PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for the team

Building outreach lists

Identifying networking events 

MARKETING

Managing blog schedule 

Managing social channels 

Developing and managing marketing assets/campaigns/activity

Writing case studies for agency credentials and the website

OFFICE SUPPORT

Managing team holiday/sickness records

Reviewing company data 

Arranging team activities and away days

Supporting company director on day-to-day business
