Shoreditch creative company, Pebble Studios, wanted to raise its profile as a business with strong virtual reality capabilities, build the profile of its brand and co-founder/creative director among marketing and design bods, and drive traffic to the downloadable VR guide on its website.
We came up with a world first… to bring the imaginations of children to life through virtual reality. We pitched the video story to marketing trade, tech, VR and education media generating high profile coverage with backlinks to the Pebble Studios website, boosting SEO and encouraging potential clients to click through.
Among lots of key coverage in the right media, the project won The Drum’s ‘Creative Work of the Week’ and was featured in its global magazine alongside an interview with the studio’s co-founder.
In addition to boosting the studio’s Google ranking for virtual reality keywords, the stunt resulted in a 42% increase in organic traffic, a 74% increase in social traffic and a 43% increase in direct traffic to the Pebble Studios website.
